This is the inaugural post of the ContractGC blog! My name is Brian Olson, and I am an attorney in eastern Massachusetts. My practice focuses on representing entrepreneurs, start-up companies and small- to medium-sized companies. My intended audience for this blog is entrepreneurs and small business owners, not attorneys; so I will try to avoid using legal gobbledygook whenever possible.
